英國王家芭蕾舞團將訪港

英國 王家芭蕾舞團將於7月17日至20日在香港文化中心 大劇院演出三場。

其中7月20日演出的舞劇《曼儂》更是首次在港上演。《曼儂》根據法國 作家普雷沃1731年的小說《騎士狄·葛耶與曼儂·雷卡斯的故事》改編而成。英國王家芭蕾舞團上次訪港是在1983年,7場表演均座無虛席,觀眾超過3萬人,舞團剛於6月在北京 及上海 的演出亦好評如潮。

HORSE BALLET和Dressage = 盛裝舞步 Equestrian Ballet?
的確是2008年北京奧運的熱門話題,由沙田至上水雙魚河一帶的道路,除了五隻福娃之後便是馬術的宣傳了。今年馬術表演在香港哥爾夫球會(Hong Kong GOLF Club)舉行,在此場地進行比賽更特遣出〔香港〕這個彈丸之地。

活動沿自法國,馬匹當然是上等馬匹,人馬合一的比賽難度更高,比賽者穿上盛裝,騎在馬匹上的資態是很高貴的,頭上必有一頂禮帽,就像紳士一樣,馬是比例細小的PONY,由比賽者給一些指令馬匹,馬匹就好像跳芭蕾舞,很好看的表演,所以另一稱號叫Horse Ballet;Dressage 在法文的意思是指訓練[Training]。

你看看評判的反應,別以為一場簡單的舞蹈,表演者在努力模仿米高積信的舞步,背景音樂是印度的勁歌,看到一個掃街似的人在跳舞,靈活及勁度簡直是值200%,就憑〔一字碼〕這個動作,一定要比十個勁先得。

就舞蹈而言,練習一場舞蹈的體力不會比劉翔跑步所流的汗水少,而且肢體動作極需要協調,所以拉丁舞和標準舞已經成為了奧運比賽項目之一,英文名稱更以DanceSport為名,而且極需要注重均衡的營養,體育舞蹈的運動員每天都花上三小時訓練。

除心臟的跳動增加外,其實心裡感到開心、興奮和滿足,特別在學習一種新舞步時,由不認識到熟練時的滿足感,達至基本滿足。

有很人學員在學習舞蹈時,很多心裡的障礙,學習的態度是其中一個種子,只要一粒負面的種子種在心裡,所學出的每個動作都不會表現到出來,學員總是覺得不漂亮,未能做到最好,甚至會放棄,能夠把舞蹈跳得好,信心的建立是不可少的,大膽看著鏡子,運用想像力,其實有另外一個學習的方法是錄影,看回自己練習時的表現,反思每個細節,鼓勵用筆去記錄自己所學過的,自然有進步了。市面上有很多dvd示範給學員回家利用眼睛去學的,有些人一講就明,有些人要看完先會做,有些人就要  教練捉著手腳做,你又會是那一類的學習類型呢!

為什麼有些人跳舞是從骨子裡表現出來呢?因為已經是由內心心靈裡跳動出來,動作的演繹使人感到活力、黙契、感情流露、優雅、高尚等,這就是靈的演繹了。

體育舞蹈的產業在香港漸入接受期,希望不要再被那些不正不經的錯誤觀念影響,而且體育舞蹈的產業是需要大家努力才能完成的,現在只是新的一頁的開始~~

Everybody can DANCE and It is the good exercise for someone who want to be LOSE weight in the short period of time. It is fun and burn FAT very easy. It is not necessary to go somewhere else to do it. Home, Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen,Garden and everyplace that you like. I am sure it is the good choice of FITNESS.

Most of the peolpe buy NEW Dancing SHOES while they join the Dance class। What are the different between LATIN DANCE SHOES and BALLROOM DANCE SHOES?
LATIN DANCE SHOES and BALLROOM DANCE SHOES are very different.
But the first things to consider:
1. ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE LESSONS ON A REGULAR BASIS?
2. What kinds OF DANCE CLASS that you take?

LINE DANCE is very easy to learn.
I like LINE DANCE because no partners are required. Sometime I search video on YOUTUBE.
There are many LINE DANCE happy moments there.
Some teachers choose country style music but I like ARRON KWOK and Andy Lau POP music.
